Moving companies cannot pay to change an analysis or receive a better placement in a comparison.

AI helps extract candidate facts and short supporting excerpts from an uploaded estimate. Versioned application rules—not the AI provider—calculate report findings. Important document findings require evidence, and missing or uncertain information remains unresolved instead of being guessed. The full process is described on the methodology page.

MoveFinePrint provides general information, not legal or financial advice. It does not verify every statement a mover makes, guarantee a final price, predict service quality, or replace the original estimate and bill of lading. Customers should confirm important terms directly with the mover and use official resources for interstate-moving requirements.

Uploaded documents are kept in private object storage and results use opaque references rather than public report pages. Documents and associated analysis data expire after seven days and can be deleted sooner using the deletion control supplied with the private receipt.
