Privacy at MoveFinePrint
This notice describes what the current product actually does. It avoids promises that have not been technically or operationally verified.

You may upload one to four PDF, JPG, or PNG moving documents. The service also receives the file name, file type, file size, and the move details you choose to confirm when information is missing.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use or information that is unrelated to understanding your move.
How analysis works
Files are placed in private object storage and sent to the configured AI extraction provider to identify candidate facts and short evidence excerpts. MoveFinePrint then applies its own deterministic rules to build the report.
The application requests that provider responses are not stored through the API request setting. This statement describes MoveFinePrint's request configuration, not a broader promise about another organization's independent practices.
Private links and stored report data
Your result is available through an opaque private link rather than a public estimate page or account. The analysis may store extracted facts, short evidence excerpts, customer-confirmed move details, report results, and narrow operational records needed to process the analysis.
Payment information
Payment takes place on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. MoveFinePrint does not receive your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.
MoveFinePrint stores the Stripe checkout session identifier, the amount and currency paid, and a record that the analysis was unlocked. That payment record is deleted with the analysis. Stripe may keep its own transaction records as required for payment, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Deletion and retention
Your private receipt includes a deletion credential. On the server, that credential is stored only as a hash. When you confirm deletion, stored document objects are removed before the analysis record is deleted.
Uploaded documents and their associated analysis data expire after seven days. Once expired, the server automatically deletes them during the next site request; you do not need to return or click delete. You can use the deletion control in your private receipt to remove them sooner. Keep the private link and deletion credential secure until deletion.
